Leasing Executive

- Responsibilities for the leasing, sales, and lease management activities - Planning and implementing the tenancy - Responsible for handling all lease documentation and tenant management. - Monitor rental payments to ensure timely settlement by tenants and to initiate necessary action to recover any arrears. - Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships. - Conduct marketing sales calls / site viewings and presentations.

- Diploma / Bachelor Degree from any majors would be preferable - 1 – 2 years of retail leasing experience - Strong communications skills - Resourceful and has the ability to work well with landlord and tenants - Good proficiency in MS Office
