Job Description
- Will be expected to self-handedly manage legal matters such as contracting, licensing, and litigation management in Property/Real Estate Industrial.
- Manage/document contracts, obtain, and renew licenses and permits, manage llitigation, and other functions as may be required by the company
- Mastering in Litigation relevant to Property/Real Estate
- Collecting data and compiling data and evidence, documents on litigation cases that are being carried out.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law
- Have at least 2 years experiences as Litigation Officer (Property/Real Estate Industry)
- Preferably comes from Real Estate Industry
- Attention to detail, strong analytical thinking and good interpersonal skill
- Able to work accurately and under-pressure
- Have an Advocate License
- Can join ASAP
